Cascahuin Tahona

Crisper than a linen suit from the cleaners, they make this blanco using the the tahona process (centuries old, using a volcanic stone wheel that can weigh up to two tons - the wheel is turned by donkeys to crush the cooked agave!), which is a long winded way of saying, when you smell it, you'll get refreshing minty and floral aromas with earthy hints, and notes of citrus and cooked agave.
