ROSEMARY PALOMA

ABOUT

Meet Paloma, Margarita’s sippiest sister. Grapefruit soda combined with blanco tequila, rosemary syrup and fresh lime juice is the right amount of sweet and slightly herbal sass.

DETAILS

While both Palomas and Margaritas contain tequila and lime, they are distinctly, deliciously different - the Paloma is sweetened with grapefruit soda, while margaritas tend to be sweetened with an orange liqueur. The Paloma didn’t exist until after 1938 when Squirt was invented in Phoenix, Arizona. The original grapefruit soda was often served at relaxed family gatherings alongside a bottle of tequila and some limes - plain and simple. We gussied our girl up a bit with some rosemary syrup. ‘Cause we fancy now.
